Patrick Mahomes will start the 80th game of his career (postseason included) for the Chiefs in NFL Week 6.However, despite Mahomes' experience, the Kansas City quarterback will face something he never has before against the Bills. He will enter a home contest as an underdog.Mahomes previously had been favored in each of his 41 games at Arrowhead Stadium dating back even to his first start in Week 17 of the 2017 season against the Titans.But now, that streak is broken as the Bills ride into town as three-point favorites.
